Introduction<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t

H.R.D. Corporation is committed to social fairness and consideration for the environment. We will act responsibly toward our employees, business partners, shareholders, local communities, and other stakeholders, and fulfill our social responsibilities. In other words, we are building and working on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

CSR Promotion Structure<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

\r\n\u30002\uff09Environmental aspects (environmental management, provision of environmentally friendly products)
\r\n\u30003\uff09Management to enhance the sustainability of the natural environment and society from three aspects:
       social aspects (human rights issues, coexistence with local communities, product safety, employee welfare, etc.).
\r\n\u30fbEstablish a CSR promotion division.
\r\n\u30fbCommunicate, educate, and raise awareness among employees regarding CSR guidelines.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

1.Human Rights and Labor<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t

\r\nProhibit forced labor<\/strong>
\r\nAll employees shall be employed at their own free will, and no employee shall be forced to work.
\r\nProhibition of Child Labor<\/strong>
\r\nNot employing children or allowing young workers to work in a manner that jeopardizes their health or safety.
\r\nWorking Hours<\/strong>
\r\nAppropriately manage employees' working hours, holidays, and vacations so as not to exceed legal limits.
\r\nAdequate Wages<\/strong>
\r\nObserve the legal minimum wage.
\r\nProhibition of Inhumane Treatment<\/strong>
\r\nRespect the human rights of employees and prohibit harsh and inhumane treatment, including abuse and various forms of harassment.
\r\nProhibition of Discrimination<\/strong>
\r\nProhibits discrimination of any kind, including gender, national origin, race, creed, age, disability status, and LGBTQ.
\r\nEmployees' Right to Organize<\/strong>
\r\nRespect the right of employees to organize as a means of achieving labor-management consultations on the working environment and wage levels.
\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

2.Safety and Health<\/h3>\r\n

4.Fair Trade and Ethics<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n\u30fbNo bribery, embezzlement or other corrupt practices.
\r\n\u30fbWe will not abuse our superior position.
\r\n\u30fbHave no relationship with antisocial forces.
\r\n\u30fbWe will not engage in any activities that impede fair, transparent, and free competition.
\r\n\u30fbDo not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other companies.

5.Information Security<\/h3>\r\n

\r\n\u30fbAppropriately manage and protect the personal information of all parties involved in transactions,
