CSR Guidelines
Introduction
H.R.D. Corporation is committed to social fairness and consideration for the environment. We will act responsibly toward our employees, business partners, shareholders, local communities, and other stakeholders, and fulfill our social responsibilities. In other words, we are building and working on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
CSR Promotion Structure
・CSR Policy
1)Economic aspects (provision of products that meet economic needs)
2)Environmental aspects (environmental management, provision of environmentally friendly products)
3)Management to enhance the sustainability of the natural environment and society from three aspects:
social aspects (human rights issues, coexistence with local communities, product safety, employee welfare, etc.).
・Establish a CSR promotion division.
・Communicate, educate, and raise awareness among employees regarding CSR guidelines.
1.Human Rights and Labor
Prohibit forced labor
All employees shall be employed at their own free will, and no employee shall be forced to work.
Prohibition of Child Labor
Not employing children or allowing young workers to work in a manner that jeopardizes their health or safety.
Working Hours
Appropriately manage employees' working hours, holidays, and vacations so as not to exceed legal limits.
Adequate Wages
Observe the legal minimum wage.
Prohibition of Inhumane Treatment
Respect the human rights of employees and prohibit harsh and inhumane treatment, including abuse and various forms of harassment.
Prohibition of Discrimination
Prohibits discrimination of any kind, including gender, national origin, race, creed, age, disability status, and LGBTQ.
Employees' Right to Organize
Respect the right of employees to organize as a means of achieving labor-management consultations on the working environment and wage levels.
2.Safety and Health
・We will comply with laws and regulations, pay attention to the health of our employees, and strive to realize a safe and comfortable workplace.
3.Environment
・Promote ongoing environmental conservation activities.
・Promote the 3Rs with regard to waste.
(Reduce: reduce waste generation, Reuse: reuse, Recycle: reuse resources)
4.Fair Trade and Ethics
・No bribery, embezzlement or other corrupt practices.
・We will not abuse our superior position.
・Have no relationship with antisocial forces.
・We will not engage in any activities that impede fair, transparent, and free competition.
・Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other companies.
5.Information Security
・Appropriately manage and protect the personal information of all parties involved in transactions,
including suppliers, customers, consumers, and workers, as well as confidential information received from third parties,
to prevent leakage.
6.Quality
・Strive to ensure a stable supply of products and guarantee quality and product safety.
7.Contributions to Society
・Voluntarily engage in activities that contribute to the local community.
We will post our CSR activities on our website to promote understanding of our activities among our suppliers and business partners.
