Electronic component image inspection and integration device

Precision electronic parts are quickly transferred between trays while undergoing image inspection.
Defective products are automatically removed, and only non-defective products are sorted and packed into trays.

Bottle labelling machine

Labels are automatically attached to the circumference of bottles fed from a conveyor.

Box labeling device

Sealing tape is automatically applied to the corners of box openings from the conveyor.
Box size can be easily changed by adjusting the guide.

Robot palletizing device

Cardboard cases from the line are automatically loaded onto pallets by an articulated robot.
Pallet supply and removal are fully automated.
We can also handle automatic sorting using cameras.

Die change device

Press die replacement is automated.
Die changes, previously done with forklifts, can now be performed safely with less manpower, greatly reducing the time required.
Multiple presses can be arranged in parallel to accommodate multiple press die changes.
